Should you make your bed every day or not?

SOME PEOPLE ARE religious about making their bed every morning, while others are content to leave their duvet rolled up in a ball, ready to crawl back into when you arrive home from work.
But is it really that necessary to make the bed?
Maybe not!
Experts have previously stated that it’s better to leave your bed unmade as it is then more unappealing to house dust mites.
But they can’t thrive in an unmade bed!
Is that reason enough, though?
There are a multitude of other reasons why you should make your bed, apparently.
A study conducted by the National Sleep Foundation found that participants who made their bed every day slept better than those who didn’t. The simple act is also reported to make people happier and productive.

On the flipside, though, some people swear that an unmade bed is comfier to sleep in.
